Peanut Butter and Oat Energy Bites
1 ½ cup oats, regular or old-fashioned
½ cup natural peanut butter
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
½ cup mini chocolate chips
In a food processor, combine the oats, peanut butter, honey and salt. Pulse until blended together. Stir in chocolate chips. Form into balls. Keep in refrigerator or freezer.
